The project is then developed by integrating specialized skills—architectural, structural, MEP, acoustic, energy, and others—which are essential to achieving an optimized outcome that meets the client’s technical and performance requirements. For this reason, the firm collaborates with architects and specialized technicians from the very start of the design phase, believing that the quality of each step is key to ensuring the overall quality of the project.
During the construction phase, FOPPOLI MORETTA e ASSOCIATI s.r.l. pays particular attention to planning, organization, execution details, and standardized regulatory control procedures, following the principle that ‘practice must always be built upon sound theory’ (Leonardo da Vinci).
