Restoration of Pretorio Palace in Bormio (SO)
The building, historically with a religious function, and now town hall of the Alta Valtellina mountain council, needed to be brought up to date with hygiene, wiring, fire proofing and accessibility standards. The facade was also restored and the top floor was renovated despite it being in constant daily use. This now a listed monument.
In terms of safety procedures during the work, it must be stated that the building remained in full public use during the project with work being carried out in independent zones which would not hinder the overall functioning.
