Arco castle - Arco di Trento - Inspection
The inspection of the outer walls of Arco Castle was a very demanding task because these elements are located on the edge of a steep cliff. So, the only suitable possibility was to operate with access and positioning methods through ropes.
The inspection required the execution of the following activities:
- survey with drone and photos-straightening out the frontal views;
- inspection of the external walls of the castle, photographic documentation and project report writing;
- design management and costs estimations.
Reports were made by filling standard forms developed by our company within a regional research program which have already been applied in many operational cases, including for the inspection of buildings damaged by the earthquake.
