School in Madonna di Tirano (SO)
The project foresaw the early 20th century building of the primary school being updated according to present day conditions of use, specifically the hygiene, wiring, fire proofing and accessibility standards. It is a listed building.
Services carried out included modification of internal and external building lay out, construction of a lift next to the building, complete rebuilding of toilets, fire proofing through the installation of false ceilings with proper characteristics of fire resistance on the ground and first floors together with the systems installation required for fire proofing. Non-destructive testing was carried out to determine fire resistance.
