Robati Palace and annexed farmhouse buildings in Capergnanica (CR)
Diagnostic analysis was carried out to evaluate masonry reinforcement techniques to be adopted in the main building of Palazzo Robati.
Analysis was managed as follows:
- cracking analysis;
- foundation inspection;
- structural inspection of the roof and its support;
- monitoring of temperature variation in cracking;
- flat jack testing for stress and deformation analysis in masonry;
- analysis of degradation in wooden structure;
- Finite Elements Modelling as progress reporting and reinforcement project;
- flat jack testing for efficacy of reinforcement through carbon fibre.
FOPPOLI MORETTA e ASSOCIATI was responsible also for the planning of structural improvement and consultation during site supervision.
